Format: 4 person scramble
Price: $45.00 per player. You will pay for your round at the club house. Mulligans can be purchased at event for $5 per player with a 2 mulligan limit. Proceeds go to Ohio Christian Men's Fellowship.

​We will be playing a four man scramble. We want everyone to relax and have a good time. There will be no food provided but you can purchase food in the golf shop. There will be a beverage cart coming around on the course. After the scramble there will be prizes.
Please complete the form below to enter the tournament. If you do not have a team please Contact Rusty as we can pair singles together in to a team.
Information is needed by August 31. Late sign ups ok, but you need to call or text Rusty Alward.
